Terms & Conditions for Paxus Management Pte Ltd

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website located at paxusmgmt.com (the "Website") and the provision of electrical contracting services by Paxus Management Pte Ltd ("Paxus," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202122444N). By accessing our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using the website of Paxus Management Pte Ltd, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our website. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Paxus Management Pte Ltd is a licensed electrical contractor operating in Singapore. We comply with all relevant legislation, including the "Electricity Act 2001" and the regulations thereunder . In accordance with the "Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Act (Chapter 89)" , all electrical work performed by Paxus is carried out by licensed electrical workers holding valid licenses issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA), ensuring full compliance with Singapore's safety and regulatory standards .


3. Services and Quotations

Our services include electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

- Quotations: Any quotation provided by Paxus is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. The quotation is based on the scope of work defined at the time and does not include unforeseen circumstances that may require additional labour or materials .

- Scope of Work: The final scope of services, including technical specifications and equipment to be supplied, will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Contract, which will take precedence over these general terms .


4. User Obligations and Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other technologically harmful material. While we take reasonable measures to protect the security of our website, we cannot guarantee that it will be completely secure or free from bugs or viruses.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Paxus Management Pte Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Singaporean and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

- Safety Requirements: Compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and specific safety procedures mandated for electrical work in Singapore .

- Performance Standards: We agree to perform services with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards for electrical contracting.

- Warranty: Unless otherwise specified in your contract, we provide a warranty for workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship, subject to the terms defined in your service agreement .


8. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, deposit requirements, and schedules, will be specified in the Service Contract or quotation provided to you . Invoices are payable within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services or legal action to recover the debt.


9. Termination

Paxus reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. For ongoing service contracts, termination conditions will be governed by the specific terms outlined in that agreement .


10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Paxus. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Currently, we may transfer personal data to:

We will implement appropriate contractual protections for such transfers to ensure comparable protection standards .


10. Access and Correction Rights


Under the Access and Correction Obligation, you have the right to :


Access Request: Request access to your personal data in our possession or under our control, including information about how your data has been used or disclosed within one year before the date of your request .


Correction Request: Request correction of any error or omission in your personal data that we hold .


To make an access or correction request, please submit a written request to our Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 1.


We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 10 Business Days . If we are unable to respond within this timeframe, we will inform you of the expected response time.


A reasonable fee may be charged for processing an access request, and we will provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding .

In compliance with the Data Breach Notification Obligation, in the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals or is of significant scale, we will :
