  1. About these terms and conditions
    • Kindly read thru the terms and conditions as set out below before purchasing goods using PAXUS website.
    • Purchase thru PAXUS website, you are bound and agree with the terms and conditions apply to quotation order and purchase over PAXUS website. If you have any doubts of PAXUS terms and conditions, you must refrain from purchasing/getting quotation using PAXUS website.
    • PAXUS website is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore (“the Serviced Country”).
    • By using PAXUS website to place your order or request of quotation mean you had accepted and agree to be bound and abide the terms and conditions.
    • PAXUS Management Pte Ltd reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and conditions without prior notice.
    • PAXUS provide free viewing at site.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Singapore. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction
  2. Ordering Procedure
    • By placing an order or request for quotation or direct purchase through our website or on the telephone.
    • You need to provide your name, full address inclusive of postal code, contact number and email address and others ordering information.
    • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (Ex-Singapore) and are subject to GST occur. If you are not a resident in Singapore, therefore you need to borne the transportation, shipping cost and etc occur.
    • PAXUS will acknowledge of receiving your order either by email or phone call, but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. As we need to check the stock availability. Alternatives model will be replaced if the said model is not available, subject to your confirmation by email of phone call.
    • All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 7 working days unless otherwise Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
    • If you did not receive our email or phone call confirmation within 2 days after you had submitted you enquire, please contact us at homtechsales@paxusmgmt.com
  3. Price and Payment
    • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (Ex-Singapore) and are subject to GST occur. If you are not a resident in Singapore, therefore you need to borne the transportation, shipping cost and etc occur.
    • You are obliged to make FULL PAYMENT to PAXUS Management Pte. Ltd.
    • Payment options: PAYNOW QR or Bank Transfer or Cheque
    • Deposit of 50% from the total order upon confirmation, balance of 50% upon goods deliver.
    • PAXUS Management Pte. Ltd. reserved the right to charge you 30% administrative charges for last minute cancellation after order is confirmed.
  1. Cancellation due to error OR unavailability
    • PAXUS carry a large number of Products. It is always possible that despite with   our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our website may be incorrectly in price or with incorrect information.  Which are unavailable due to typo error or likewise overlook.
    • We need to verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that to prevent dispute on a Product’s correct price as stated wrongly on the website. We will not able to charge you with the wrongly stated price, we will call to keep you inform about the differences of the price occur. Prices are subjected to revise without prior notices.
    • During such issue, you hold the rights to reject and cancel the order. Products will not dispatch till we receive a clear instruction and confirmation from you.
    • We reserve our rights to cancel the order notwithstanding that your order had been confirmed. We reserve the rights till the time of delivery of goods.
    • We have no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.
  2. Delivery And Installation
    • Delivery and installation will be arranged with the best effect and understanding by mutual agreement during discussion on site or by phone call.
    • All installation will be done during office hours 09.00am to 06.00pm exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
    • Additional labour charges will be occurred when client request to perform the installation after working hours, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
    • Additional charges occur are depending on the work scope and the number of hours needed.
    • Installation distance does not exceed single level less then 1500sq ft with mounting height within 3.5 metres.
    • Installation height above 3.5 metres additional cost will be needed.
    • No Roof top installation, unless special arrangement. Equipment needed at your cost.
    • If scaffolding needed, will be at your cost.
  3. Refund or replacement
    • Under some foreseen conditions, Customer had made an error when placing the order with the wrong product. Refund or replacement are available before delivery and installation.
    • The cost of return product transportation occurs at your expense.
    • For good had deliver to customer premise. We will examine the returned Product, provided the product is in our satisfied condition, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or provide you with a refund.
    • Good sold are not returnable after 7 days of receipt/Invoice date.
    • If you have requested for a refund, we will require your bank details to enable us to process the refund to your said bank account. Total processing of the refund will take 7 to 14 working days.
    • Fund will only process for refund when we receive the said original Invoice issue by PAXUS Management Pte. Ltd.
  1. Warranty that PAXUS does not cover
    • Defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance.
    • Failure to follow operating instructions or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
    • Damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.
    • Support or service products which provide by third party.
    • Failed connection of the remote viewing or software programming via smart devices as due to Client change /reset of router.
    • Your Warranty period will be crossed clearly on your invoice.
